Messenger Voice - Conference Calls - Three people who regulary use Messenger voice one to one successfully.?

However, when we attempt a Conference Call none of us are able to access voice contact and resort to conference writing. In the past I have participated in conference calls so is this a recent problem which is temporary or perhaps now a service that has been discontinued.

All our microphones work and are used daily.

Does anyone know the answer? I would be much obliged if you could let me know.
